After losing their historic warehouse space-turned Hip-Hop
community center this past February, Bronx-based arts collective RDACBX has
found a temporary home at the Bronx Music Heritage Center Lab (BMHC) storefront
at 1303 Louis NiƱe Blvd.
"Although we are still actively seeking a permanent
facility for our programs, we are excited to announce a 4-month residency with
BMHC," says RDACBX founding member RodStarz. "This partnership will
allow us to continue our programming through the summer, including our monthly
open mic series Boogie Mics, free youth media literacy workshops, as well as
free community access to our Nuestra America Media Center and Richie Perez
Radical Library education initiatives."
